Based on 23 personal stories it shows that everyone can have a positive impact and that positive impact on the sustainable quality of life leads to more personal satisfaction and happiness. It also provides a comprehensible overview of today´s challenges in the area of sustainable development and solutions to increase the sustainable quality of life.
